On the obverse of all the coins in the series appears the weight and purity of the gold, in addition to the representation of an animal symbol of the Canadian fauna; for this sixth issue, the American moose is depicted.

On the reverse, we find the beautiful portrait of His Majesty Elizabeth II by Susana Blunt together with the nominal value and the year of issue. Each coin is guaranteed by the Royal Canadian Mint and is sealed in a beautiful blister signed by the mint itself.
