During the ordering process, you can calculate the shipping costs based on the goods you have ordered.
This calculation is made after you have entered your delivery address.

We ship insured with leading logistics companies, such as UPS, and leading value cargo providers, such as Brinks or Loomis.

Our sales prices have not changed as a result of Brexit.

Some deliveries of orders for more than Euro 1,000 may take an extra day as customs declarations need to be completed. Please note that delays may occur that are beyond our control.

For silver, platinum and palladium as well as accessories, you will need to pay VAT at the same rate as any local purchase made in the UK. Currently, this is fixed at 20%. There are no tariffs/customs payable on these orders but please be aware that the delivery company may charge a brokerage fee in addition to this 20%. Please note that these amounts are out of our control.

Investment gold purchases should remain VAT free according to HMRC's VAT notice 701/21, however, a customs brokerage fee might be applicable.

YES! You can still order your precious metals from us. Our prices remain highly competitive and we still ship to the UK.

Unless no delivery time or no different delivery time has been specified or agreed for the goods in question, the delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days, as counted from the beginning of a working week that begins on Monday and ends on Friday.

For order values of more than 1,000 Euro to destinations outside the European Union (including the U.K). please allow for an extra couple of days to process the mandatory customs declaration.

All orders need to be paid by the person who ordered from us and whose name appears on the invoice. Invoice name and bank account name need to match in order for payments to be accepted.

1. The coins/bullion shown on our website are the coins/bullion we are interested in buying. The "Buy Price" is the price we would offer you at that moment.

2. You can call or E-Mail our customer service team to ask for the buyback prices at the current spot price, please note this will change every two minutes.

3. You must send your Bullion to our warehouse in Germany where they will be checked by one of our experts. Postage and risk must be covered by you. We will supply you with the address once you have contacted us regarding the sale.

4. Please enclose a signed note stating the type of coins/bullion, the quantity, and your personal information, such as phone number, E-Mail address, and Bank details for payment.

5. Once we have received the items, we will check them within 48 hours and send you an invoice with the final offer.

6. Upon approval of the final offer, we will arrange payment to you. Please enclose your account details in your signed note.

7. Should the final offer not be approved we will send them back to you at your cost and no payment will be made. StoneX Bullion will not cover these shipping charges.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. All shipments need to be signed for upon delivery and we therefore need to ship to an address where somebody is available for signature.

Many banks and coin wholesalers buy from StoneX Bullion GmbH / StoneX Bullion. If you want to buy large quantities, we may be able to offer you a better price. Please inquire via e-mail to [email protected].

If you are located in the European Union and in a Euro country you can use our IBAN and BIC-codes; we have accounts in London/UK and Germany. In most cases, you pay the same fee as for a domestic money transfer.

Because we buy and sell such large quantities of coins and precious metals, we are able to offer lower prices than our competitors.

For security reasons we do not hold any stock at our Frankfurt offices.

But we are happy to offer collection of goods from our vaulting partner Loomis International near Frankfurt / Germany. If you are interested in picking up your orders please contact our customer service to make arrangements before placing your order.

When collection is arranged the German VAT rate of 19% is applied for silver. Please note that it is not possible to buy anonymously; your payment must be made in form of a bank transfer prior to the collection.

According to HMRC's regulations we will ask you for certified and recent proof of address and certified proof of identity when you make gold purchases worth 5,000 GBP in a single transaction or worth 10,000 GBP in several transaction in the course of 12 months. We will not proactively send these documents to HMRC but keep them on file together with your order details and invoice in case HMRC wishes to check.

You should choose an address where someone is available to receive parcel delivery during business hours. Often your business address is the best choice.

Payment is to be made by bank transfer to our account or by credit card. We accept MasterCard and VISA. You will find full account information on our invoices. Payment is possible in EUR, CHF, PLN, GBP and USD. We do not accept PayPal or Bitcoin.

We will send you an invoice and ask for your payment. Please pay the same day, or at the latest, the day after as we are expecting your payment to have cleared within three working days. After receiving the money we will ship your purchase to the required address.

Within 24 hours after ordering, you should receive an invoice via e-mail (except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Please check your spam filter to ensure our messages reach you. If you don´t get a confirmation within 24 hours on a business days, please send us an email or call us.

Our head office is located in Frankfurt, but we speak and understand the following languages: English, German, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Croatian, Serbian and Portugese.

In general, within the EU, investing in physical gold is free of VAT. Under German law, for example, there is no VAT if the price of a gold coin is below 180% of the base metal value.
