The bar depicts a Royal Bengal Tiger, India’s national animal, the symbol of the country. The reverse side presents a close-up image of the Tiger with piercing eyes and roaring angrily, with amazing details of his open-mouth and menacing teeth. The design is so well done that you feel the tiger is coming to life and is about to jump out of the Bar and attack. Truly magnificent! For the record, the Bengal tiger is also called Panthera tigris tigris and lives primarily along the eastern coast of India. Adults can weigh up to 260 kilos and are ferocious predators.
The obverse is as spectacular as the reverse depicting a lounging Bengal Tiger. He is resting and laying above some decorative patterns which include lotus flowers, India’s national flower. On this side can be found the inscriptions: 10 oz FINE SILVER 999.9” together with the Mint mark of the MMTC-PAMP in the middle. The design is also amazing thanks to its Semi-proof finish.
Why would investors choose silver bars even over silver coins?
For the variety of styles: cast bars, hand-poured bars, minted ingots
For the affordable pricing: pure silver bars have lower premiums over the spot price than silver coins.
For the multiple options of bars which are available in various styles and different weights.
Silver bars are a strong investment, especially if you have significant money to invest. It also makes sense for the long term. As silver bars always have a good demand in markets across the world, it is never difficult to sell them if the need arises.
You can never go wrong with a silver bar especially when it is as beautiful as the 10oz Royal Bengal Tiger one!
