MS-60
A numismatic classification grade for Mint State coins that is at the lower end of the scale. Mint State coins are graded for appearance and overall quality and MS-60 refers to coins that, although new and uncirculated, are visually unappealing. Typically, the coin's luster is dull and almost washed-out and there may be small surface scratches caused by handling through mint bags. Surface blemishes and spotting are also common or there could be nicks in the coin's rim. Nevertheless, MS-60 coins are a good option for stackers who choose them for their precious metal content rather than their appearance.
